LOS ANGELES: BoPaul Media Worldwide has acquired global distribution rights to a recently completed low-budget, Halloween-themed horror film, “The Eve of Winter”, produced by A Fat Guy and His Skinny Wife Productions in association with Green Screen Valencia of Valencia, CA.

“The Eve of Winter”, which wrapped last month after a 45-day shoot in Santa Clarita, CA, follows the day of one girl, Dina, on the last day on earth. According to Celtic tradition one day, every year on the night of Halloween, also known as the eve of winter, demons are set upon the earth to collect souls. Traditionally, this is why people wear masks on Halloween, to scare the demons back to hell. This year, like every year, the demons are wreaking havoc once again around the world, taking their share of sinners. The heroine, Dina, makes her own spiritual journey in which she is torn amongst a religious life, a life with spiritualism or a life of no belief at all.
